Proximity to the red M1 line of the Milan Metro, spacious rooms, functional jacuzzi in the suite
Inconsistent WiFi service causing frustration, noise disturbances disrupting restful nights, outdated decor in rooms, questionable pricing relative to service quality, and lack of effective air conditioning in some rooms!!!

Absolutely fantastic place, we did not want to leave there.
The hotel was spotless and staff were amazingly friendly, everything was great. Our room for our baby cot was exceptionally clean with extremely comfy beds. Had a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet in the bathroom. The location was incredible, within walking distance of Palasesto Sports Complex. Good access everywhere as a bus stop was near the venue.

Favourable, incredible location in the market area. Spotlessly clean rooms with spacious surroundings in the suite, comfortable-bed linen, satisfactory breakfasts. The pool area is nice too...

I spent 3 nights in a Family Junior Suite at Abacus Hotel, and it was fantastic! The room was spacious enough for our family of five, and we really appreciated the complimentary breakfast. The hotel was just a short walk to the metro and train stations. Plus, the on-site parking was a huge relief.
Some areas around the hotel could use a little sprucing up.

Excellent trained and gentle personnel, easy communication with important city points (metro, train station, bus station, post office), easy reach to the Milan fair, very good breakfast, internet point in the hall,
Everything is good, a little bit expensive but there are 4 stars, it must be min 5*****!!!

The staff is very helpful and friendly, the Sauna was very nice and the pool was ok. I do like the fact that they have TV channels in different languages, internet is available in the lobby for free. A summary of the important news of the newspapers in your language is delievered to your room.
The room temperature was very high and we couldn't change it. Breakfast buffet is not one of a 4 star hotel, should be much better!

I stayed for one night to catch a flight from the nearby airport, and I was really impressed. The room was clean and silent. I loved the convenience of the metro just a short walk away. The breakfast was a standout with plenty of options, even for vegetarians. It was a solid choice for a quick pit stop.

Really big bed in superior king room with an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge and an air conditioning. The most important - peaceful location very close to the metro station. And near Monza and Milan Cadorna train station and the rail road😃

The room was so outdated, i was like i was time traveling to the 60s, and paper cups in a 4-star hotel? Truly ridiculous! I also woud ve been ecstatic with a complimentary drink for all the trouble, but instead, the pool was in such disrepair! I honestly almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

It is located outside of Milano but the metro station is next to it's door and you can reach Duomo in about 20 minutes maximum. Superb breackfast which included espesso or caputsino. It is a real 4 star hotel and you can have all the amenities that such a hotel slould offer and having that in mind it is value for money. It also has a free car parking.
The fact that is not centrally located

Location next to the metro station to down town Milano, restaurants and a supermarket, and metro and train stations. Nice pool, parking below the hotel.

We were looking for a nice hotel close to Milan (shopping) where parking is easy. We were overall happy with the room, parking and breakfast. Staff is nice and the guy at breakfast made us excellent coffee and fresh pressed orange juices.
We have selected this hotel because it offers a nice swimming pool we could however not enjoy it. At our arrival we ask to the reception if we can use the pool, the very friendly staff at the reception said "no problem" (Italians always says no problem) but it the evening the pool was not ready (it needed to be clean and warmed up) So we went there again the next morning, again the pool was not ready. We then ask again the reception when it is going to be usable and we were told that later that day it will be ready. We made 3 more attempts, still cold. I tried to talk to the technical person responsible for the pool and other facilities and he literally laughed at us (maybe for him the pool is just there for the pictures and not to actually swim in it) so If you select this hotel, just consider that there isn't any swimming pool... The reception staff seemed concerned about our wish to use the pool and I really think to just was that technical guy who was just too lazy to do his job... Too bad
